Providing timely and comprehensive Inspections is our duty. Planchek is prepared to help in scheduling and related matters so far as possible. To achieve these objectives, Planchek works with Permit Holders directly. Please review the Inspection Guidelines & Order of Inspection before submitting an inspection request, which will prevent delays.  The Order of Inspections cannot be altered, unless approved in advance by the Code Official.  Inspection Requests must be processed before 4:00pm to be included on the next days schedule. 

 

Note - Certain permit types offer combined inspections that provide cost savings.  If these combined inspection requests are called in separately, additional fees may apply.

• Using the form below, and paying via Paypal (An invoice for payment will be sent via PayPal. A Paypal account is not required to process the payment of the invoice. A confirmation email will be sent with the Permit Number once payment has been processed.)
