Energy Codes
The 2018 International Energy Conservation Code, IECC, is an "overlay code" - meaning, its requirements impact and modify the requirements in other adopted code standards. These include construction methods, design, materials, and inspections. Compliance is required for both Commercial or Residential. As such, Planchek has compiled Charles County's resources for your reference:
