The Green Construction Code, IGCC, is also an "Overlay Code" - meaning it may impact other codes.  

 

All builders, tradesmen, developers - and indeed, anyone working in the field of construction, or suppling materials, or performing site work should understand the Green Code thoroughly.

 

The National Association of Home Builders, NAHB, compiled the significant changes to the Green Code within this document. (Note: This is a large file)
