The Maryland Accessibility Code Guidelines

 

The Federal ADA regulations were amended in 2010.  The accessibility laws were unified with the ADAAG rules.  Maryland enacted those amended codes into law January 1, 2012.  Depending upon the jurisdiction and the agency involved, ADA compliance may incorporate more than one published statute.  View Accessibility Guidelines here.
